Order Fulfillment & Processing

Every House of Flame & Fantasy product is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipment. Fulfillment time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and available tracking information.

Occasional delays may occur because of product availability, production issues, high order volume, weather, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our direct control. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping & Delivery

House of Flame & Fantasy currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated transit times depend on the products in your order and the delivery destination. The exact shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery time consists of production/fulfillment time plus carrier transit time. International transit may take longer depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Some multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages when products are fulfilled from different facilities. Tracking may be provided separately for each shipment.

Free U.S. Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders over $75 before taxes and other applicable charges.

International orders and U.S. orders that do not meet the free-shipping threshold are charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you discover an address error after placing your order, contact House of Flame & Fantasy as quickly as possible. Once an order enters fulfillment or ships, changes may no longer be possible.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can review the order and available carrier information.

International Orders

International customers may experience longer shipping times due to customs processing or local postal services. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
