Made to Order

Every House of Flame & Fantasy product is made to order especially for you. Please review product descriptions, colors, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact House of Flame & Fantasy within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the item and any damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the claim and work with our fulfillment partner to replace or refund eligible orders at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong color or design.

This policy does not limit our responsibility for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? Please contact House of Flame & Fantasy as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because our products are made to order and may enter production quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

If we're able to cancel your order before it enters fulfillment, we'll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is initiated, processing may remain pending for up to 2 business days, and your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

International Orders

International customers may experience longer shipping times due to customs processing or local postal services. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
