At House of Flame & Fantasy, every item is made to order especially for you. Because each product is custom-made after your purchase, we ask that you review product descriptions, colors, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and any damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with our fulfillment partner to replace or refund your order at no additional cost, whether your order was shipped within the United States or internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Ordering the wrong color or design

Please review our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

International Orders

We proudly ship to readers around the world.

Please note that international customers may experience longer shipping times due to customs processing or local postal services.

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

If your international order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We are happy to assist and will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to resolve the issue whenever possible.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll be happy to help investigate with the shipping carrier.

Please note that orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
