✨ Shipping from the House

Your chosen treasures are made to order, ensuring each piece is worthy of your adventures:

T-shirts, hoodies, mugs: 3–7 business days
Blankets and specialty items: 5–10 business days

Once your order sets forth on its journey, a tracking spell (tracking number) will arrive in your inbox.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic deliveries are included or calculated at checkout.
For distant realms (international orders), shipping costs and times vary.

Production Delays:
Even in our enchanted library, sometimes dragons, fae, or supply shortages may delay crafting. Rest assured, every item is worth the wait.

🛡️ Returns & Refunds

Because each item is uniquely made for you, most treasures are non-returnable. This includes:

T-shirts, hoodies, and mugs
Blankets
Custom or limited-edition creations

If your treasure arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. The Keeper will ensure a replacement or refund finds its way to you.

Exchanges:
Due to the magical and unique nature of our creations, exchanges are limited. Notify us promptly if the wrong treasure is sent.

🕰️ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have begun, and your items may already be on their magical journey.
